This article tells us the danger of using durgs to cause the womb to expel the foetus and placenta out, however if the durgs does not expel the foetus, the durg might increase the birth defects of the baby.
Also if the abortion is incomplete, it can cause excessive bleeding to the womb, infection to the womb and many other systoms, in severe cases, death might occur.
